Do my drivers need to install anything?
No. Drivers work from a mobile browser view — they accept jobs, update status at each stop, and upload proof-of-delivery photos from their phone. Dispatchers see every update in real time on the dispatch board and live map.
How does driver assignment work?
Pick any active driver on a job and they're notified immediately. TwoWayAI checks driver availability and flags schedule conflicts before you commit, and every assignment, swap, and status change is logged to the job's activity timeline.
Can I see where my trucks are right now?
Yes. Driver phones send GPS pings that update the live dispatch map, and each job shows its current stop and status. You can also share a tracking link with a customer so they can follow their own delivery.
What happens when I pass 5 drivers?
Upgrade in place to Growing Fleet ($299/month, up to 10 drivers), which also unlocks eligibility for the White Label add-on. Your jobs, drivers, customers, and invoices carry over unchanged.
