Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Contact us to change plans. We'll confirm the effective date, driver limit and any billing adjustment before making the change.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Contact us to cancel your subscription. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period, access continues until that date. When the subscription ends, access ends with it.
What does the 14-day free trial include?
Your trial gives you full access to the features and active-driver limit of your selected plan — so you test exactly the package you'll receive. After 14 days, your card is charged automatically — cancel before then with no charge.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
Yes. Card required. No charge for 14 days. We collect your payment method upfront via Stripe so there's no interruption when your trial ends.
Are driver accounts included in the plan price?
Yes — driver accounts are always free. Drivers never pay individually. Your business subscription includes a defined number of active drivers, and you can upgrade as your team grows.
How do I get the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise starts at $1,500/month and is set up with our sales team — contact us and we'll review your operation, confirm requirements, and get you onboarded.
Who should use the Corporate plan?
Corporate is for companies with 85+ drivers, multiple dispatchers, or complex cross-company workflows. Pricing, limits and configuration are determined by agreement.
What is the White Label add-on?
White Label adds your brand name, logo and colors to supported TwoWayAI experiences — including a branded customer portal and branded invoices in that portal. It's an add-on for active Growing Fleet, Broker Pro, Enterprise or Corporate subscriptions, priced at $500/month plus a one-time $2,500 setup fee.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any base plan — just the monthly subscription after your free trial. The White Label add-on includes a one-time $2,500 setup fee in addition to its $500/month subscription. Corporate pricing is custom and includes full onboarding.
What is Stripe Connect billing, and are there fees?
Broker Pro and above can connect a Stripe account to collect invoice payments online. When a customer pays through a Stripe payment link, a 1% TwoWayAI platform fee applies to the transaction, in addition to Stripe's own processing fees. See our Payment Policy for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer and invoiced billing available on Enterprise and Corporate plans — contact us to set up.
